The South Oxfordshire Housing Association (SOHA) is one of the largest housing associations in the UK. It was one of the first to move forward into independent headquarters. The Association rent affordable housing to people who are unable to buy or rent elsewhere in the Oxfordshire area and reinvest the majority of the rent they receive back into the housing by way of improvements such as central heating and double-glazing.

The challenge faced by Maris on this project was to balance the tight financial limitations faced by SOHA against their requirements to provide a professional modern day working environment for their staff and customers, in a building requiring considerable refurbishment.

Client comment

Maris performed under extreme pressure in a very professional manner.
