CDM
The projects Maris undertake generally fall within the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.
The aim of these CDM regulations is to integrate Health & Safety into the management of the project and to encourage everyone involved to work together. We are ideally placed to comply with these regulations as all parties are in house leading to excellent communication and co-operation, the key focus for effective Health & Safety.
Maris has an in-house Health & Safety Department and a CDM Co-ordinator to assist the Client with their duties.
