Maris Services When Maris Interiors was founded in
1977, the so called ‘traditional route’ was the only method of
procurement available to companies embarking upon an office relocation
or refurbishment. Separately appointed architects, designers, quantity
surveyors and building contractors, all with their own different
approach and working processes, would be bought together in what were
often disorganised and incoherent teams.
With the launch of Maris’ ‘design & build’ and one-stop concept, the
relocating company could opt to place responsibility for the entire
project in the hands of one organisation. Seamless teamwork, cost
certainty, program clarity and centralised control replaced the stress
of drawn-out programmes, runaway costs and endless snagging.
Since then, we have further developed and refined our services to
meet every possible need of occupiers and landlords, at every stage of
the process. Our in-house project teams include workplace consultants,
funding specialists, designers and architects, project managers,
engineers, IT technicians and furniture consultants, enabling us to
provide a truly comprehensive service and integrated solutions to our
