Turn-Key Design & Fit-Out
Our reason for providing turn-key office design and fit-out was that many Clients were fed up with the time consuming and confusing process of appointing and managing an interior designer and all the sub-contractors required to undertake an office fit-out.
Clients wanted a safe pair of hands, a single point of contact, faster completion times and guarantees that their project would be completed on budget and on time.
Since 1977 we have undertaken turn-key projects ranging in size from £75k to £15m and with sizes up to 120,000 sq ft.
Regardless of the size of your project, it is well worth considering the turn-key office design and fit-out route and the huge efficiencies it provides. Turnkey office design and fit-out is the fastest and most cost efficient way to undertake a project.
Green Office Fit-Out
Sustainable (Green) office design and fit-out makes total sense.
Not only will your company be doing its bit to conserve natural resources it can benefit from reduced energy bills and excellent PR opportunities.
The word ‘Sustainable’ has become integral to our language and has been born from a requirement to present our work, product or service as being high quality, well planned and long lasting.
We have an in-house team of ‘green’ specialists and fully understand how to create sustainable office design and fit-out without it costing the earth.
We can help you with BREEAM assessments, SKA Ratings, audits, sustainability training and carbon foot-printing.

Smaller Fit-Out Projects
Maris has a highly skilled team dedicated to undertaking small office design and fit-out projects. At Maris, we don’t believe small should mean low value or shoddy work and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and value for money.
Just because your project budget may be small, it does not mean that you should accept anything less than the best.
Traditionally, when a company has required work on a smaller or lower spend project, the most economical route was to use small firms of contractors. But just because you are carrying out a lower spend project, doesn’t mean you should tolerate lower quality results.
That is why at Maris we have a specialist Small Works division. With simple contracts, fast turnaround and less fuss, Small Works is geared to handle projects that are smaller in size and to make the most of the office space and whatever budget you have available.
We use our £60 million per annum buying power to deliver exceptional value. Quite simply, we buy more raw materials (floor coverings, partitions, plasterboard, HVAC, joinery, kitchens, office furniture etc) than our competitors and pass these savings directly to you.
In addition to incredibly competitive costs, you also get the comfort of knowing you are dealing with a long-term established company with the correct insurances and processes to ensure delivery of a no-fuss and stress-free, top quality project.
