The refurbishment of Building 10 at Watchmoor Park in Camberley has been completed.
Oaktree Capital Management and Patrizia have finished the comprehensive refurbishment programme of the 48,500 sq ft building.
This new office building offers floor-plates of up to 24,000 sq ft as well as ample parking provision. Rental rates are reported to be in the region of £22.50 sq ft.
Situated in a mature landscaped environment with excellent communications and parking ratio, the Watchmoor Park comprises 11 high quality office buildings including a business centre for smaller office users and an on site café.
Other tenants at Watchmoor Park include BTG, who have now leased 56,500 sq ft. This represents the entirety of of Building 1 at the park.
