Lothbury Investment Management has now fully let the Manchester office building.
Towry, the financial and investment advisors, has taken the remaining 5,500 sq ft on the third floor on a 10-year lease.
Lothbury bought the 57,713 sq ft building late in 2013 from Hardman Estates for £19.9m.
Other tenants in Vantage Point include: Ozon Solicitors, GL Hearn, Oliver James Associates and Claims Consulting Solutions.
