Capita and BUPA will take Coventry office space.
The two lettings are at Tower Court, the former Coutaulds building in Coventry.
BUPA, the healthcare group, will occupy 5,250 sq ft on the first floor on a five-year lease.
While Capita, a provider of business services will move into 11,500 sq ft.
Tower Court now provides 53,500 sq ft of office space having been extensively refurbished in 2001.
