There have been two new office lettings at Mercury Place in Leicester.
Nedis UK has taken 3,000 sq ft of office space on the ground floor on a five year lease.
In addition, 10,000 sq ft of workspace on the third floor has been let to Aon Benfield on a ten year lease.
The existing tenants in the building are Charles Stanley, Leicester Mercury and Daily Mail Group IT operations. They currently occupy 65,000 sq ft within the building and there is one floor still remaining to let.
Helix Property Advisors has secured the lettings in one of the most prominent buildings within the Leicester city centre, located within close proximity to Leicester Train Station.
