The first phase of the Heal’s Building in London is now fully let.
This comes as the last 15,000 sq ft of office space was taken by SilverRail and Deliveroo.
These two companies will join Liverpool Football Club, Dentsu Aegis, Netflix and Anchor Trust who have already taken space at One Alfred Mews.
The developers, Threadneedle Investments and Bedford Estates, have negotiated leases for this first 40,000 sq ft of offices at rates between £65-70 sq ft.
Phase Two at The Heal’s Building is now available and offers 11,000 sq ft of new office space.
Bedford Estates and Threadneedle were represented by Edward Charles and Partners.
