Threadneedle Investments is to sell St George’s House In Wimbledon.
Offers are reported be accepted in excess of £51.4m. This would equate to a yield of 5.25%.
St George’s House has been comprehensively refurbished to provide quality Grade A office space together with a new contemporary entrance and reception
The building comprises of 85,000 sq ft of office space, most of which is let to URS, Offshore Design Engineering and Coty.
There is however still 13,722 sq ft available to let on the first floor.
The building is situated on St George’s Road close to the junction with Wimbledon Hill Road (A219) and just two minutes’ walk from Wimbledon Station.
