Rockspring Property Investment Managers has purchased Cambridge Research Park.
The sale price was £21m and the vendor was Clearbell, a private equity real estate fund manager.
There is 78,000 sq ft of office space and 26 acres of undeveloped land at Cambridge Research Park.
There is an additional construction phase currently under-way which comprises of three more office buildings. When this is complete in Q2 2015 there will be an extra 80,000 sq ft of capacity.
The site is 97% let; tenants include Saffron Building Society.
Clearbell originally acquired Cambridge Research Park March 2011 for £10.15m.
