Affinity, an independent shipping broker has taken space in the Leadenhall Building.
This deal represents a record for rent rates in the City of London.
Affinity has taken 6,600 on the 44th floor at 122 Leadenhall Street.
The lease is for a period of ten years with a break option at five.
The Leadenhall Building is a new landmark building and is one of the tallest and most iconic buildings in London at 736 ft high.
Other tenants in the Leadenhall Building include: Amlin, Aon, IPsoft, Rothesay Life and Servcorp.
