14,000 sq ft of office space have recently been pre-let by Derwent London.
BGL, the financial services group will occupy the White Collar Factory in EC1 on a ten-year lease.
White Collar Factory is a 293,000 sq ft mixed development in London’s Old Street.
The development is currently around 30% pre-let.
