Office Relocation For Nautical Petroleum To 20 Berkeley Square

Maris are delighted to announce the completion of the office fit-out and office relocation at 20 Berkeley Square for Nautical Petroleum plc.

Nautical Petroleum made the decision to relocate from serviced offices in Wilton Street to acquire 3,000 square feet on the 6th floor of 20 Berkeley Square following their rapid expansion over the past few years.

20 Berkeley Square is one of the most sought after office building’s in Mayfair with large windows overlooking Berkeley Square providing excellent natural light.

The scope of works included workplace consultancy, office design and office fit-out encompassing the full strip out of the entire sixth floor to return the space to Category A, which included the replacement of over half of the ceiling and the installation of new Category 7 light fittings throughout.

The newly fitted-out Category B office space comprises of a large Boardroom, with folding wall, three Director’s offices, an elegant Reception area and a ‘Mapping room’. Throughout the design, high specification materials, such as walnut doors and Corian worktops, were used to create the working environment desired by Nautical Petroleum.

In addition to the above works, Maris also replaced the main entrance doors to the sixth floor and refurbished the WCs within the Landlord’s demise.
