Office Refurbishment For Qatar National Bank SAQ

Qatar National Bank SAQ, the country’s first Qatari-owned commercial bank, has appointed Maris Interiors to undertake the office design and office refurbishment of their London headquarters at 51 Grosvenor Street.

The project entails an in-situ offices refurbishment of 8,000 sq ft throughout the 1720s period Grade II listed building.

Maris’ experience with English Heritage and knowledge of office buildings of this nature made them the obvious choice for this demanding 15 week programme.

The work entails the careful coordination of construction activities, sympathetic to the building’s period features whilst ensuring that the bank is able to maintain its normal business operations day to day.

The workplace design solution has been developed to work with the listed features of the period property, merging traditional appearance with contemporary detailing.
