Office Design And Fit Out For Stonedale Property

Office design and fit out experts, Maris Interiors, have completed a complex office design and fit out project for Stonedale Property Management at the Woolyard, Bermondsey, London, the area immortalised by Charles Dickens in Oliver Twist.Stonedale Property Management, launched in 1995, serves some of the most exceptional London developments along the north bank of the Thames from the City boundary through Wapping, Limehouse and Docklands and from Southwark to Greenwich in the South.

The company work with Landlords, Property Developers, Housing Associations, right to manage and Resident Management Companies.

Delivered by Maris at the Great Portland Estates’s 36,000 sq ft new office development, the 3,028 sq ft second floor office fit out at 54 Woolyard was completed by Maris in just 4 weeks.

The interior office design solution complements the contemporary interpretation of the warehouse aesthetic offered at Woolyard.

The property itself, an integrated collection of new and historic office buildings, provided the ideal location to support Stonedale’s operations.
