Maris has secured another prestigious office design and fit-out project at 23 Savile Row, London. 23 Savile Row is the outstanding new 100,000 sq ft development by D2 Private in London’s Mayfair. This stunning office building has been designed and constructed without compromise represents a new standard for offices in the West End and was acknowledged by the British Council for Offices (BCO) as having an “intelligent architectural design which ensures a commercial efficiency that is not normally found in the West End.”
23 Savile Row is set to become an iconic office destination within London’s most prestigious neighbourhood.
The project represents the second high profile office fit-out for Maris at 23 Savile Row following on from the successful completion of the 6th Floor office fit-out for Altima Partners in December 2009.
The office design and office fit-out for Altima Partners also represented the second turnkey office relocation project Maris have completed for them, having originally moved them to Stirling House, Carlton Gardens in 2004. Since that time Altima has grown into one of the Capital’s leading investment fund managers with over $2.1bn under management.
