Balyasny Asset Management has taken office space at 23 King Street, London SW1.
The institutional investment firm has signed for the entire 7,843 sq ft on the fourth floor on the building.
Standard Life Investments is the landlord on the property and the lease is for 10 years.
23 King Street is a new development situated in the heart of St James’s. The refurbishment offers 45,000 sq ft of premium Grade A office space over lower ground, ground and six upper floors.
