CLS Holdings has bought the Reflex office development on Cain Road, Bracknell.
Commercial Estates Group has sold the 110,350 sq ft property for £21.7m; this equates to an initial yield of 8%.
Reflex is currently let to four tenants including General Motors, Netgear and Honda.
There is 103,400 sq ft of Grade A offices arranged over three floors and an onsite gym and a cafe.
