Fubon Life Insurance Company is to buy Bow Bells House in the City of London.
The sale price will be in the region of £200m.
Bow Bells House is located at 1-11 Bread Street, London EC4.
Current tenants include: Bank of Ireland, who occupies 67,300 sq ft and Aberdeen Asset Management who have taken 78,000 sq ft of office space.
Bow Bells House is owned by Global Property Finance Ltd and managed by Constanti Real Estate.
