Hermes has purchased the freehold interest in 26-28 Hammersmith Grove.
The Hammersmith property was sold by Tyburn Lane for £131m. This represents a net initial yield of 4.11%.
26-28 Hammersmith Grove provides quality office accommodation in an excellent business environment. The property, located in Hammersmith, is close to Underground links and the Broadway Shopping Centre.
Companies already established in the building include; Shazam, Arkadin, Process Systems Enterprise, MWB Business Exchange, Fitness First, Rockwool & United Biosource Holdings.
