Orchard Street Investment Management has secured its first two tenants at the 65,000 sq ft London Office scheme.
Tradewinds AS has taken 4,873 sq ft on the seventh floor on a ten-year lease and is also under offer on the sixth.
The other new tenant is Penningtons Manches LLP; the law firm has secured 39,000 sq ft over the ground to fourth floors also on a ten-year lease.
125 Wood Street offers nine floors of flexible office space with a modern double-height reception area, and holds a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The building was designed by Aukett Fitzroy Robinson.
These two lettings means that the London office development is now 68% let.
