Maris Wins Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies Again

Maris are proud to be recognised, yet again, as one of the top 100 Best Small Companies to work for by The Sunday Times for 2012.

The Sunday Times Best Companies rating is achieved purely on the opinions of the employee’s within an organisation, which looks at a varying set of criteria from employee personal development to employee confidence in the Board and the future success of the company.

The survey is the largest employee engagement survey in the world, with more than 3000 organisations participating.

Best Companies surveyed over 200,000 employees evaluating each organisation’s key statistics, processes and policies.

The survey identifies key factors of workplace engagement including leadership, personal growth, wellbeing and team work.
