Pantheon Ventures LLP has appointed Maris Interiors to undertake the fit-out of their new office.
We have just started on-site at 10 Finsbury Square in London to complete the office design, relocation and fit-out of Pantheon’s new workspace in the heart of London.
The new workspace for Pantheon has used ideas of public, semi-private and private space to provide a flexible, modern workplace. The concept developed by Pringle Brandon – Perkins & Will uses a large cellular front of house incorporating meeting spaces and a reception area, giving way to an open plan office behind.
10 Finsbury Square is described as “a precision-made contemporary office building, perfectly positioned for growing and forward thinking businesses.” It presents a Grade A, corporate environment bordered by green spaces on both sides. With the HAC and Finsbury Square on each side, it provides a striking spacious environment that will accommodate all of Pantheon’s requirements whilst inspiring its workforce to achieve more. The building provides a sustainable design, ideally located between London’s vibrant city and the rapidly growing technology quarter. Businesses in close proximity include Legal and Professional Service Firms and Banking Institutions, which add to the professional feel of the location.
The design allows for 1 desk per employee, but does not demand that any employee have their own desk. They are therefore able to work anywhere in the space in an agile manner. The materials have been chosen to give a light, modern feel; while at the same time have an organic, textural quality. Timber parquet complements the composite stone and adds to the light, contemporary space.
