Maris Interiors have begun an office design project for TwentyFour Asset Management.
TwentyFour Asset Management is a fixed income specialist based in the City of London. Founded in 2008 by a group of leading fixed income professionals, we currently manage £6.7bn for our clients. We offer highly transparent products that benefit from a rigorous detail-oriented investment approach, in order to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns whilst retaining a strong focus on capital preservation.
The principal aim of the new design is to make use of the abundance of natural light that floods into the newly completed 8th floor of The Monument Building, emphasising the views. We want the space to feel welcoming, inviting and warm. The Client experience in this space will be second to none, the layout naturally will allow visitors to walk towards the views on the exterior of the building. The main meeting rooms, which will be able to be opened into one larger room both overlook Monument Square.
The breakout area is often defined or referred to as the “hub of the business”. This is where people are more relaxed, where they go to get away from their screens and work. Therefore we try to design breakout areas so that they have a level of domesticity to them. Varying the type of furniture really helps to do this. Soft seating, breakfast bars, dining tables (both large and small) all add up to give staff a choice of seating.
This office will be next chapter in the already successful story of TwentyFour Asset Management and we are honoured to be a part of that journey.
