London Office Design & Fit-Out For Circle Anglia

Circle Anglia are delighted with Maris Interiors for completing the recent office design, office fit-out and office relocation to their new 7,000 sq ft office at Fontayne Business Park, Tottenham Hale, London, N15. The fast track office fit-out works started on site in March and took just 5 weeks to complete.

Circle Anglia, with a dedicated team of more than 1,600 staff, manages over 46,000 homes, and provides care and support services for 180,716 people across the UK.  The workplace brief included the full strip out of the ground floor. Maris project managed the fit-out works of the new facility.

Installation of the I.T and data were handled by an independent, Client appointed, company and potential challenges that can arise with different trades working under the same roof were managed by the Construction Manager and a great working relationship was achieved.

Maris were chosen for this project due to an extremely cost competitive approach and a continuous flow of economic solutions to long term problems. Although Maris has not worked with Circle Anglia before, Maris has a fantastic track record with Housing Associations across London and the Home Counties, including Genesis Housing, Affinity Sutton and Gallions Housing.
