IVG has sold the Kings Orchard office building in Bristol to Aviva Investors.
Aviva reportedly paid just under £30m for the 89,000 sq ft office scheme.
Bevan Brittan have leased the entirety of the building. The law firm has preceded to sublet space to companies such as Parsons Brinckerhoff, Tribal Group, Chartwell Healthcare and Arista Insurance.
The lease on Kings Orchard is for 20 years and expires in 2027.
