There have recently been two new lettings at Howick Place.
Howick Place contains 143,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over nine floors and is located in the heart of Victoria. The landlords are Doughty Hanson and Urban & Civic.
Informa, who are a knowledge supplier, has taken office space on the second floor of the building.
This second floor letting comprises of 20,033 sq ft on a ten-year lease. Rent is thought to be in the region of £60 sq ft.
The other new deal is with Edelman UK, who have leased 20,825 sq ft of office space on the first floor.
Edelman have apparently signed an eight-year lease on a similar rental rate.
These deals mean that Howick Place is now fully let. The other tenant in the building is DONG Energy.

Cushman & Wakefield also represented the landlords.
