26-28 Hammersmith Grove in west London is be sold.
The sale price is reportedly to be £118m; this would equate to a net initial yield of 4.74%.
26-28 Hammersmith Grove 184,695 sq ft of offices, 18,124 sq ft of leisure and café and 1,010 sq ft of storage accommodation.
The building’s owner Tyburn Lane originally purchased the property back in 2006 for £74m.
Tenants at the scheme include: Fitness First, United Biosource, London Underground, Shazam and Arkadin.
Average rents are estimated to be around £28 sq ft.
