Birmingham’s 1 Brindleyplace has been bought by GLL Real Estate.
The vendor was Trinova Real Estate and the reported sale price was £37m.
This represents a net initial yield of 5.25%.
1 Brindleyplace is a 68,000 sq ft office building in Birmingham city centre.
The sole is tenant is Deutsche Bank who have the lease on the property until 2028.
GLL Real Estate was represented by Colliers.
