Couchbase will occupy the third floor in Sevendale House.
The Manchester office property is a Grade II listed building which was comprehensively refurbished in August 2014.
The landlord at Sevendale House is Phillip J Davies Holdings.
Other tenants in the building include Ticketmaster who have occupied 22,765 sq ft across two floors.
