Clearbell Capital has bought two office buildings in Reading.
The properties are Atlantic and Pacific House, these comprise of 95,692 sq ftt of office space with ample parking provision.
The properties were purchased from Aberdeen Asset Management for £19.67m.
The properties are currently just under 50% let; the three tenants are Bellway properties Ltd, Node 4 Ltd and MVB Business Exchange Ltd.
