Clearbell Capital has purchased Ealsdon Park in Coventry.
Earlsdon Park is a mixed-use scheme which comprises 100,000 sq ft of office space, 8,000 sq ft of retail, a 100 room hotel as well as a 620 seat theatre.
Apparently the demand for office space in Coventry has increased by 20% from the previous six months.
The vendor was the receivers to MCD (Coventry) Ltd.
Earlsdon Park is 62% occupied. The current four tenants are: the Department for Education, Premier Inn, The Albany Theatre and the National Association of School Business Management.
The receivers were advised by BNP Paribas.
