Bristol is experiencing the highest take-up of office space since 2008.
Lambert Smith Hampton has conducted research that has revealed that there were deals totalling over 140,000 sq ft during Q3 in the city.
The LSH Q3 Bristol Office Market Pulse Report reported that this was made up of 29 new office occupancy deals.
The largest office space transaction was for Ovo Energy at The Core. They have occupied 17,402 sq ft of office space.
The average deal size is apparently 4,500 sq ft.
