The third floor of The Helicon office building in London has been let.
The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants has taken 23,456 sq ft of office space.
The Helicon was built in 1996 and designed by renowned architects Sheppard Robson. The building provides 119,000 sq ft of modern, open-plan offices over first to eighth floors.
The lease is for 10-years.
RREEF Investment GHBH, the developer of The Helicon, was advised by Allsop and JLL.
