WeWork has taken 62,000 sq ft of office space at 199 Bishopsgate in London.
The office and community company will occupy the first four floors in the building as well as ninth floor.
199 Bishopsgate is a 146,000 sq ft (13,600 sq m) Grade A office building with typical floors of 14,460 sq ft. Designed by John Robertson Architects, British Land and Blackstone launched the building in September 2012.
This recent letting means that the Broadgate Estate is now at full occupancy as regards to its office element.
This most recent acquisition by WeWork will be their third office in London.
