Maris Interiors are pleased to announce the successful delivery of a new ‘City Client Facility’ for Tom James UK Limited at 11 Old Jewry.
Tom James is the world’s largest manufacturer and retailer of custom clothing. Their Tailors will go to your home or office and they plan, coordinate and maintain your wardrobe so you are always perfectly attired for any situation.
Maris relocated Tom James from Eastcastle Street in the West End to their new location in the heart of the City.
Maris was tasked to deliver the new space in record time ready for their launch. The project covered 6,500 sq ft and was 3 weeks in duration. Maris created staff offices, Client room and a Tailor room for adaptions during this fast track programme.
Maris’ Project Director, commented, “The project was no easy task as the building was still being refurbished by its Landlord. By close liaison with our Client, the Landlord and strict adherence to the project timetable, Maris yet again delivered a new facility, on time, on budget and to the highest specification.”
