The Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) has sold the Birmingham office building.
The HCA is a Government regeneration body and will use the proceeds from the sale to support further growth and investment in the Great Birmingham and Solihull area.
The purchaser was Threadneedle Investments, who reportedly paid £4.32m for the three-storey office development. This equates to a net initial yield of 8.76%.
9 Quinton Business Park totals 28,000 sq ft of office space and the current tenants in the building are The Health and Safety Executive and The Independent Complaints Commision (IPCC).
The IPCC occupy 18,000 sq ft of office space on a 10-year lease.
