The purchaser was CCLA, a specialist fund manager for charities, faith organisations and local authorities.
The sale price was reportedly £44.5m.
80 Cannon Street in located next to Cannon Street station and it comprises of 50,360 sq ft over nine floors.
The EC4 property is administered by Zolfo Cooper.
