Chanco Investment Group has bought the London office property.
The vendor was specialist property fund WELPUT and the sale price was reported to be £65m.
This would reflect a net initial yield of 3.6%.
7-8 St Martins’s Place is a 48,000 sq ft mixed-use development. There are four floors of prime office space as well as retail units and car parking.
Current tenants include: Redwood Publishing, the Post Office and Pret a Manager.
