There is a new owner for the offices at 7-10 Waterloo Place.
Access Industries has sold the St James’ property for around £35m.
7-10 Waterloo Place contains 33,000 sq ft of office space. The building is let to the St James Hotel and Lloyds Banking Group.
The purchaser was Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. Cornerstone also own 22-25 Farringdon Street and 40 Gracechurch Street.
One of the options is for Cornerstone to conduct a full refurbishment of the office space which could take advantage of the huge demand for Grade A office space in central London.
