66 Queen Square in Bristol has been put on the market.
Skanska expects around £30m for the 60,000 sq ft office building.
KPMG is a major tenant in the property; they have signed for 52,000 sq ft of office space on a 15-year lease.
Skanska originally acquired 66 Queen Square for £8m back in 2008. They subsequently undertook a full refurbishment programme which will complete in September this year.
Alder King and JLL have been appointed to sell the property.
