55 Bishopsgate in the City of London has been put up for sale.
The building’s current owner, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is to sell the office property for around £170m.
This would represent a net initial yield of 4.75%.
The property is mainly let to Aon Benfield who occupies just over 87,500 sq ft. The remaining space is let to Paperchase, Folio UK, Brit Insurance and AMC Group.
The Canada Pension Plan Investment board bought the 190,000 sq ft in 2006 in a joint venture with ING.
