WELPUT has sold 21 Tothill Street in London SW1.
The sale price was reportedly £55.4m. This reflects a net initial yield of 3.4%.
21 Tothill Street is a 65,000 sq ft office building which is currently occupied by Towers Watson until March 2015.
The Westminster property was originally acquired in 2010 for £28.6m.
