Workplace Design and Fit-Out for Zetes

Maris are delighted to announce their partnership with Zetes to undertake the workplace design and office fit-out at the Horizon building in Hurley, Maidenhead.
Zetes are the leading pan-European company in the value-added solutions and services industry for Automatic Identification of Goods and People. Established in 1984 with headquarters in Belgium and operations in 14 countries, Zetes has experienced considerable growth.
Recently announcing a record year for growth in 2010 with group profits of L7.1m, up almost 60%, the move to new office premises is a pivotal move for Zetes in fostering expansion as well as the attraction and retention of staff.
This 13,300 sq ft acquisition represents the first deal at Commercial Estate Group’s fabulous new Horizon office scheme in Hurley.
Lambert Smith Hampton represented CEG, who’s Managing Director, James Scott was quoted by LSH “The needs of the modern occupier play an important part in our proactive asset management, and this deal is no exception. CEG has invested in delivering a dedicated transport link between Horizon and Maidenhead train station, as well as implementing cafe and gym facilities in the building.
