Second Office Relocation Project for Global Crossing

January 2011

Maris are delighted to announce their commencement of the office fit-out and relocation for Global Crossing to 10 Fleet Place, London.

Global Crossing is a leading IP Solutions Provider who help 40 percent of Fortune 500 companies, as well as 700 carriers, mobile operators and ISPs worldwide with their IP solutions.

10 Fleet Place is the second office relocation project on which Maris have partnered Global Crossing. In 2005 Maris undertook the office design, fit-out and relocation to 1 London Bridge and, due to the building’s redevelopment, Global Crossing are now relocating to the 7th Floor of 10 Fleet Place which will become the company’s new European Headquarters.

Maris have vast experience of 10 Fleet Place having successfully completed two major office design and fit-out projects across 3 floors since the building’s refurbishment to a Category A standard 3 years ago.

Global Crossing’s new office will accommodate 150 people in an open plan layout with 11 meeting rooms, 16 offices and a CISCO telepresence suite across the 18,000 sq ft 7th floor. The project will create the more corporate identity in a Central London location desired by the Client.

Maris’ Project Director commented, “Having completed fit-outs on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors of the building we were able to incorporate this knowledge into our proposal for Global Crossing. Our existing Client, Kelway, were more than happy for us to show Global Crossing around their offices on the 5th Floor of the building and this greatly enhanced our credentials for the project.”
