Second Office Design & Fit-Out Project for Alpari

Maris Interiors is delighted to announce the commencement of a second office design and fit-out project for Alpari at 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M.
Alpari is an award-winning provider of online foreign exchange trading services headquartered in the City of London and with subsidiaries in Germany, Japan and India as well as a representative office in China.
Maris Interiors first became involved with Alpari back in 2008 when they were awarded the office relocation, workplace design and office fit-out of their current London office at 201 Bishopsgate.
Alpari, whose companies are among the fastest growing in the world, have appointed Maris Interiors to expand their current office space by taking an additional 10,000 sq ft on the 5th Floor at 201 Bishopsgate.
Alpari will now occupy the entire 5th Floor, culminating in 25,000 sq ft of office space in this landmark office building designed by architects Skidmore Owings and Merrill. This additional space has been unused since the building was created in 2008.
The expansion project is a full Cat A and Cat B office fit-out from shell and core. The scope of works includes seven additional meeting rooms, executive offices, an additional large staff lounge breakout area, a new comms room and furniture.
A key factor of Alpari’s workplace design brief was that their new workspace matches that of their existing and Maris created a scheme that merged the two areas sympathetically and optimised the space as a whole.
