PZ Cussons Delighted with Office Design & Fit Out

Maris are pleased to announce the recent completion of their office design and office fit-out project at St Martin’s Courtyard, London for PZ Cussons newly formed beauty division, PZ Cussons Beauty LLP.

The PZ Cussons Group recently announced the formation of PZ Cussons Beauty LLP, a strategic move to maximize the potential of their portfolio of premium beauty brands; St Tropez, The Sanctuary and Charles Worthington. The Group will operate in the UK as two autonomous divisions: PZ Cussons Beauty LLP and PZ Cussons UK, with the latter comprising the Group’s core Washing and Bathing portfolio, including Imperial Leather, Original Source and Carex.

Their new office premises at 14 Upper St Martin’s Lane, London WC2H 9FB, provide a total of 11,530 square feet of high quality commercial office space, situated on Upper St. Martin’s Lane between Long Acre to the South and Sheldon Street to the North.

Following a full technical analysis and building appraisal of the Client’s newly acquired three floors; Maris consulted with Capita Symonds, the Building Management and Longmartin Properties Ltd, the developer, to create and implement a stunning workplace design and office fit-out solution that is in keeping with the property.

The workspace provides raised access flooring, a VRF heating and cooling system, cycle spaces and showers and is set around a courtyard environment with decked terrace complimenting the offices new contemporary style.

Maris’ graphic design integration with the clients’ commission of works by the artist Peggy Wolf, further developed the creative elements symbolising the innovative direction of the brands’ unity within the space.
