Office Refurbishment for Notting Hill Housing Trust

Maris are delighted to have been appointed by Notting Hill Housing Trust to carry out a major office refurbishment of their new offices at Fulcrum House, Killick Street, London, N1.
Notting Hill Housing Trust is one of the most inventive housing associations in the UK and one of the largest property developers in London. They house people in need, help residents become homeowners and reinvest the money they make to build new homes.
Maris will provide a full office refurbishment of the building including the complete replacement of air-conditioning systems, entrance areas and external works.
Specifically, Notting Hill Housing Trust wanted to ensure the workplace gives their staff excellent facilities including cafe, break out and collaboration areas.
The office refurbishment and fit-out construction programme will run until September 2011, when the Association will start occupying the newly refurbished office on a phased basis.
Maris have worked alongside Notting Hill and their consultants, Cushman Wakefield, closely to ensure the scope of works and budgets were tailored to the specific requirements of the scheme.

Clearly this has to be coupled with a robust approach to environmental quality and every detail of the services upgrades were considered before our solutions were put into place”.
