Office Design and Fit-Out for 100 Bishopsgate Partnership

Maris are delighted to announce their partnership with the 100 Bishopsgate Partnership to undertake the office design and office fit-out of their new 2,000 sq ft, high specification, Marketing Suite on Level 27, Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1HQ.
In March 2010, The 100 Bishopsgate Partnership was formed to develop Great Portland Estates’ 100 Bishopsgate site with Brookfield Properties Corporation.
Maris’ workplace design scheme for the new marketing suite included floor to ceiling windows, thus allowing visitors and prospective clients to view both the 100 Bishopsgate development and other landmark office buildings from the comfort of the suite.
The scope of works for the office fit-out includes a bespoke AV suite, developed by the client to visually explain their developments with the assistance of model display units and interactive screen technology. The fit-out also incorporated a large amount of specialist joinery including 3 model display units. The aesthetically pleasing suite also boasts directional recessed feature lighting to models and AV unit’s conference room perimeters and polished plaster feature walls.

Maris’ previous experience coupled with their archive information (structural beam layouts, air-conditioning positions, raised floor grid, reflected ceiling plans and coordinated services drawings) will allow rapid design development, the removal of unnecessary risk and ensure the earliest possible completion date”.
